Transferring to the
Thai Institute of Healing Arts

If you've studied at another Thai massage or Thai medicine school, you can continue your studies by transferring coursework into the Thai Institute of Healing Arts. We will help provide you a path from your current training into the next level of education for you.

You are also eligible to enroll in our FREE internship program for any courses that you are transferring into our program. In effect, you'll be able to take those same courses over through our Education Center at no additional cost and continue your education into the next level of training with new courses. You can also start at the next level above your current training at the Thai Institute. For example, if you have taken a Basic and/or Intermediate level course at another school you may start at the next level with us without completing an internship. To transfer into the Thai Institute of Healing Arts, please register for the course that meets your educational goals using the charts below as guides and email a scanned image of your existing training certificates to (info @ thai-institute.com).  You may register through our normal registration process for each course you’d like to take.

Any student that has studied in the below courses with our sister schools, the Thai Massage School Shivagakomarpaj (Old Medicine Hospital) or Thai Massage Training Center Shivagakomarpaj both in Chiang Mai, Thailand are eligible to transfer credits for courses taken to the Thai Institute of Healing Arts as detailed below:

To transfer your existing training to the Thai Institute of Healing Art please register for the training courses that meet your goals and email a scanned image of your certificates to "info @ thai-institute.com".

Free Internships
The Thai Institute of Healing Arts provides students the opportunity to intern courses where credits are being transferred into our program.  Students are eligible to intern courses at the Thai Institute at no cost when you’ve already taken the equivalent course(s) at another school.  For example, if you’ve taken courses at another school equivalent to our “Basic Thai Massage” course, you can take that course at the Thai Institute at no cost—its free!

You may also register for an internship once you have completed coursework at our Centers in the USA or Thailand.
